Complaints procedure
You can raise a complaint through our public Contact route without purchasing a product or signing in. Include your company, the relevant service or tool, a reference where available, what happened and the outcome you are seeking. Do not send passwords, payment-card data or unnecessary personal information.
Ask for the complaint to be recorded and provide a reply address. EaseThat will review the information and explain the next step. If you remain dissatisfied, request escalation to a director and quote the original reference.
Response commitments, service hours and any tool-specific escalation provisions are those in your agreed contract or support schedule. This public procedure does not create additional response or resolution guarantees.
