Request a Business Quote

Licensing aligned with users, devices and renewal dates

Match the requirement

Software licensing should reflect how your business actually works. Tell us which applications you need, your user and device counts, existing agreements and renewal dates. We help compare suitable licensing requirements across Microsoft 365, security software, cloud subscriptions and other business applications, with attention to usage rights and the services needed for implementation.

Brands & compatibility

Microsoft is one example of a manufacturer covered by licensing enquiries; you can also request other vendors and products. Product availability, reseller route and commercial terms are confirmed in the quotation. A familiar product name does not guarantee the same rights across editions, and licences for users, devices or servers need to be assessed against the intended use.

Configuration & deployment

Optional onboarding can include tenant configuration, user provisioning, migration planning and security setup where agreed. Existing accounts and subscriptions must be reviewed before changes are made to avoid duplicate purchases or disruption. Implementation work and ongoing support are scoped separately from the subscription unless the quote explicitly includes them.

Example bundle & fulfilment

An example starter bundle is an agreed Microsoft 365 plan for office staff, with onboarding and appropriate device-management or security requirements reviewed alongside it. The final plan depends on your organisation, not a default recommendation for every user. Confirm commitment period, billing frequency, cancellation rules, renewal arrangements and activation timing before purchase. Software normally has vendor support and subscription terms rather than a hardware warranty; responsibility for troubleshooting and renewal monitoring should be agreed at the outset.

Common questions about software & licensing

How long will delivery or activation take?

We confirm availability and the expected delivery or activation date in your quotation. Configuration, larger quantities and specialist requirements can affect lead times; tell us your required date when enquiring.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Tell us the quantity you need. We assess each enquiry and confirm any supplier minimums or licence commitments in the quotation; no universal minimum is promised.

What warranty or support is included?

Software is supplied under the vendor licence and subscription terms. Vendor support and any EaseThat onboarding or ongoing support are identified in the agreed quote.

Can you deliver to our office or remote staff?

We agree the tenant, account or licence destination and activation process before fulfilment. Onboarding and migration are separately scoped when required.
